Realized how really really really old I am now. Okay, so it was kinda just like a year ago, but I haven't seen Dhwani and Abrie since like aggggeeeeesssss ago. LOL.

I would never EVER regret joining Basketball.

BUT

I miss going for choir. There isn't any 2.4km twice every week. No excessive exercise AT ALL. :) Those were the days, ya? :D

You know what I realized? I like chemistry. Weird feeling actually.

Didn't get a chance to meet up with Beryl and Theresa, 'cause Dad was bringing us to eat. Sorry guys. Peh you guys for like, half-an-hour then run. :)

Wednesday

Had training today!! Hadn't had training in like ages. After running 2.4 again [I've ran it twice this week already], we were actually doing lay ups, then it started to rain. Which usually means more running. *sigh*

BUT, Jun Liang came for training today, and it ended up being PT. LOL. Everytime he comes, he gives Magnus new ideas. Sian dao max.

The last part of the training was slacky though, we kinda just told jokes, and then I had to leave early, 'cause Dad was leaving the next day.

Thursday

Thursday=Netball :)

Rather play netball then do PT anyday man.

Alicia, Theresa and I stayed back after school for a while to play ball. Beryl had dental. [Poor thing... XD] Anyways, they peh me run my 5 rounds for HnF, and then we went to the court to find out that it was tryouts for guys.

Sia lah. A lot turned up man, never saw the court so crowded before. BUT since we have three courts, we still got space to play :)

Not gonna comment on the guys we saw. Seriously. We're just gonna see whose gonna get in, and who isn't.

When we three were playing, we kinda met a guy, can't and don't know how to spell his name, but he was hilarious. Seriously. He ended playing b-ball with Coach Pang [XD] and friends, and suan-ed him like crazy. So, we ended up watching their game. Very funny. He can compete with Theresa man.

Theresa gave me this mental picture about someone, [Alicia was smart and clamped down when Theresa started talking...] it haunts me man.....seriously. BAD MENTAL IMAGE. [Idiot There-sa]

Friday

BBALL [Girls] TRYOUTS!

Wootz! Lydia and Karen [from GESS] were trying out today! So cute. There was this one girl that cheated our feelings. She told Lynn that she had played ball for like four years, and that she was gonna join basketball. We were like so happy until we saw her play. Man, she was worse then me, and I am really noob at that game. Apparently, her four years were like this:

Every year there was a basketball competition that she would join. So, for the whole year, she didn't play any basketball until that one competition, and after that, she doesn't play for the rest of the year. -> That is her four years of playing ball.

I twisted my foot. :( [Yes, foot, not ankle]

Was playing a game with a new girl [she came for tryouts late], Lynn, Alicia, Junliang and Magnus. So, I was running, I caught a ball, then I fell. Training hadn't really started yet too. I finally can touch the ball, then I fell. Seriously.

I'm out of comission for at least two weeks. Sucks.

On the bright side, I limped my way to cck to eat dinner with Beryl :)

OBS pictures :D

I was looking through my old posts when I realised that I promised that I would put the OBS pictures up. But, I didn't. :D So tada! A few of them. Jieying took quite a lot though. :) I had so totally so much fun. My group members were all very nice.

We were playing a game, and I thought this was like so a kodak moment. It looks really interesting doesn't it? Funny though, I don't remember anyone taking a photo here. LOL. I must have been too involved in the game. :)

I'm a SUI SEN! :) We had combined bunks with Barker. [When we combined during the sea expedition, we were called Barksen]

We were supposed to be washing up the tents and stuff, and when we were pouring away the water, we realized what we could so with it. :) Gabriel seems to be having fun. LOL

Review Test Sucked.....BIG TIME!!!!

I don't like sitting down to study, at all. [I know...I chose to go JC, I asked for it...] But seriously, I don't really get most of my syllabus, other than Maths. Luckily Alicia helped me find a tuition teacher if not I'll be totally......

Maths
It was okay lah. I did some of the holiday homework and I did revise a little. There was nothing really much to study for anyway. *shrugs* Thanks Moo, for the help..*winks* :)

Physics
This sucked. Really sucked. I really did study for this one. Memorising formulas and all that, but the questions were hard. I will fail this one. I actually haven't got my results back yet, but...well, I don't have my hopes up.

Chemistry
This was kinda okay. Had help studying. [Happens when you study during Bball training :D] Iris loves Chemistry, so she was a big help in trying to help me write the important formulas down, even if it was inbetween running some torture that Magnus put us through. LOL. I almost passed. Failed by half a mark. The worst thing though, I couldn't find any where to get the extra half mark to pass.

Literature
I didn't get this back either. Which is weird, 'cause it was the first test that I took and among most other subjects, the first few to get tested on. But, Mdm Pathrose has loads of other scripts to mark, so really shouldn't be surprised. Though I am... :D
This is only round one though. I've got Mathematical Induction test on Wednesday, and another set of tests coming up. [They're doing a chapter by chapter test, I think....SIAN]

Anyway....
I promised Moo some pictures, so I thought I'll talk about the others I have in my phone too :D

Introducing my new monitor for the laptop. LOL. My father had this crazy impulse or something. Wouldn't actually know, 'cause I wasn't around when he bought it. Went to Theresa's. :D Giant thing, isn't it?

All Moo's pictures. :D Taken after CNY celebrations. I went to watch 'Bride Wars' with Beryl and Theresa first. It was short, kinda nice actually.

After that I followed Theresa, Poh Gek, Yee Shuan, Moo and Qian Ying for some CNY shopping. We went to IMM as the last stop, after CCK, and Moo and I got tired and needed food, so we went to this italian place. Beside the donut shop. :D

The chips were awful after a while. And since I don't really like tomatoes, the dip was horrible. But my vanilla smoothie tasted like soft serve icecream. Damn nice.

Both were really really nice. And, after the rest were done, they joined us there and ate dinner here. :)

Right after CNY celebrations, and Theresa and Beryl was trying to get people to go watch movie with us. We asked Chaying, of course, but she already had plans with her classmates. So... :( Anyways, Me Beryl and Chaying took this before she left. :D Told ya we had the same shoes.

Believe it or not, Beryl actually has the largest feet in the whole bball clique. :D Wears a converse 6, though she would feel much better in a 6 1/2. :)

Seriously. When three of your friends gang up to make you post. You post. :D

Since I'm pretty much not going to be updating everyday of the week, I'm gonna take an idea from Beryl and just use one post to post my whole week up. So, if I can dutifully remember to post up every week, my darling readers [*ahem* Jy, Moo and dhwani *ahem*] wouldn't need to spam my tagboard. :D

Wednesday

Didn't have bball training 'cause a few people couldn't make it. It is, after all, still [technically] Chinese New Year. Speaking of which....

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!

Went to school super early 'cause Dad drove me to school. My family was all like. 'Go sleep early. Some people need to go school tomorrow.' Of course, they meant only me. The three of them didn't have to work.

Wore my new shoes! Finally bought a converse! Yayness.

Went to IMM to buy this with Beryl and Theresa. [After trying to study for review tests during the holidays] Beryl and I bought the same, and since Cha Ying couldn't come, we helped her buy her pair first. :D We couldn't have the same bag, so we thought we could have the same shoes.

Now everyone on the bball team has sneakers :D

Okay, so I didn't really wear this for the 1st time. I've bought it the week holidays ended and started wearing it the week the school started BUT I couldn't resist showing it. I heart Converse. :D

Friday

[Yes, I skipped a day. Can't actually remember what happened on Thursday. :D]

Had to go back to training again. LOL. I didn't train the week before 'cause I had the review tests. [Which I would rant about later]

Naturally, we started with 2.4...again. :( Seriously, after so long never run, I so stupidly try to outbest by previous timing, which I estimated around 15 ++++ [Cause I forgot to ask Magnus for the timing when I finished. I was more occupied trying to keep breathing...]

Stupid right?

Ended using most of my energy running the first 2 rounds and decelerating after that. So, of course, I had to run my 7th round. Which I did with Beryl and Chaying. Chaying, I knew was feeling my agony and dying along with me. Beryl was hopping around. Literally. She was practically walking. She has too much energy and uses it my trying to make me hit her. WHEN I'M DYING/RUNNING.

Anyway, speaking of training, I have two pictures of when we kinda got four balls stuck in the net.

We actually got two balls stuck 1st, by coincidentally throwing two balls at the same time into the net. Then the others got a brilliant idea to throw the other two balls in as well. I believe this was the day of our bball camp.

Back to Friday:

Didn't go eat with the others 'cause Dad was home and Mom decided to flex her culinary muscles. :D We should really go and eat dinner together. We haven't done it in ages.
